Experience and Education
Granville has provided his services through Anderson Mediation and Consulting Services since 2000. He has also worked as a Mediator with the Ontario Ministry of Labour and is a member in good standing with the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Institute of Ontario. Granville attended the University of Windsor where he received his certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution. He also attended York University, completing courses in Political Science and holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Seneca College. Recently, Granville served in the riding of Durham as Member of Provincial Parliament and is very proud of the projects he accomplished. These projects include securing funding for the extension of the GO Train to Courtice and Bowmanville as well as for the expansion of the Bowmanville Hospital.
As a Mediator, Granville has mediated more than 3000 private and public disputes. His area of expertise includes, Administrative, Civil, Code of Conduct/disciplinary contracts, Insurance (including Personal Injury and Statutory Accident Benefit matters), Landlord/Tenants and Workplace Disputes, Government Relations.

Granville lives in Clarington and is currently the councillor for Wards 3 and 4. He actively serves residents in his home community, while also providing his services through Anderson Mediation and Consulting.
Home and Family
Granville currently lives in Clarington with his wife and family. He is very passionate about his community and actively attends local events and activities with his children, family members, and friends.
Community Interests and Hobbies
Granville is interested in many different areas of his community from education to athletics to local arts. He served as Trustee and Chair of the Peterborough Victoria Northumberland and Clarington Catholic District School Board for 13 years, where he supported and promoted many student projects and teaching initiatives. Granville is a member of the Rotary Club, along with many other local charitable and social justice organizations. He has also served as a baseball coach for many years.
